Refunds & Returns
Buying a watch should feel risk-free. If something isn't right, we make it simple to return.
Contact Us
Email us at returns@timewatches.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Pack & Ship
Repack the item in its original box with all tags, manuals, and accessories included. We will confirm the return address and courier instructions by email.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours back to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation.

- Original packaging, tags and manuals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Not on the exclusions list below
- Returned after 7 days of receipt
- Item shows signs of wear or use
- Original packaging is damaged or missing

Defective items: If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
Manufacturer's warranty: All timepieces carry the full manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 to 2 years. Warranty defects are handled through the manufacturer's authorised service centre.
Warranty claims: Claims require proof of purchase. Contact us and we will facilitate the entire process on your behalf.
Warranty defects are distinct from return eligibility. If your watch develops a fault within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced regardless of the 7-day return window. Your warranty protection does not expire after 7 days.
Items purchased on final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
Watch straps, batteries, and other consumable accessories are non-returnable once opened.
Items that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise customised cannot be returned.
