TIME is committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product is faulty or significantly different to that described, you are eligible to request a refund or exchange.

We have a 7-day Refund and Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your purchase to request a refund by returning your purchase to us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all product tags, additional strap links, stamped warranty card, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at talk@timewatches.co.za. If your return is accepted, you will need to return your purchase to TIME – Canal Walk, Shop 149 Lower Level, Century Boulevard, Cape Town, 7441. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Item Bought Is Damaged or Defective

All watches are inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, we will arrange an immediate return and exchange. If an item becomes defective during its warranty period, a repair request will be actioned. If the item is not repairable, the relevant supplier will either provide a replacement of the same model or an alternative model at the same price.

Product warranties are held by the respective brand or agent and not TIME. Clients are responsible for sending products for repair to the relevant service centre at their own cost during the warranty period.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Sale items or gift cards do not qualify for refunds.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued via EFT and not to your original payment method, less the courier cost. As such, please provide us with your bank details via email.
