Refunds and Returns Policy
Time Watch Specialists are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This means we trust that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product is faulty or significantly different to that described you are eligible to request a refund or exchange.
We have a 7-day Refund and Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your purchase to request a refund by returning your purchase to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in exactly the same condition that you received it in, meaning that the item is both unworn or unused. Has all the product tags, additional strap links, stamped warranty card still in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at talk@timewatches.co.za. If your return is accepted, you will need to return your purchase to Time Watch Specialists at our Cavendish Store, Shop G119, Cavendish Square Dreyer Street, Claremont, Cape Town, Western Cape 7708; and marked for the attention of Mr. Jeremy Jackson. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Item Bought Is Damaged or Defective
All watches are thoroughly inspected and checked before being packed and dispatched from our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item from Time Watch Specialists, we will arrange the return and exchange of the watch immediately. If an item becomes defective during its warranty period, a repair request on the item will be actioned. In the event that the item is not repairable - the relevant supplier will either offer a replacement of the same model or an alternative model at the same price (if the item is out of stock or discontinued)
Product warranties are held by the respective brand or agent and not Times Watch Specialists. (Please ensure that you understand the warranty lengths offer by each brand represented on our website). If a product is in need of a repair during the warranty period then it is the clients responsibility to send the product to the relevant service centre at their own cost.
Exceptions, Non-Returnable ItemsUnfortunately, sale items or gift cards do not qualify for refunds.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method, less the cost of the courier fee. Please remember it can take up to 7 - 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to reflect on your card.
