We ship all orders via hand-picked couriers using either Standard Delivery or Next Day Express.

You can upgrade to Next Day Express for a flat fee of R99.95 on all orders. Unfortunately, this service is not available to Regional Areas.
Dispatching
Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2:00 pm will be dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a courier tracking number and URL when your order is sent, so you can track your package every step of the way.
Returns and Exchanges
Our returns and exchange policy is 7 days. Returns are only accepted if the watch has a material defect and it has been less than 7 days since purchase.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

We only ship to customers within the borders of South Africa.
