All orders are hand-picked and packed with love from our Warehouse in Cape Town, Western Cape.
Shipping and Delivery Times
We ship all orders via hand-picked Courier's either via Standard delivery or Next Day Express. Standard delivery orders will be delivered in 2-3 working days to main centres, and 3-5 working days to regional areas.

You can upgrade to Next Business Day Express for a flat fee of R49.95 on all orders. Next Day Express orders are usually delivered next day to major centres. Unfortunately Next Business Day Express is not currently offered to Regional Areas.
Due to changes in the Courier network related to Covid-19, such as reduced number of national flights and extra sanitised work processes, some orders may occasionally experience delivery delays. These delays are entirely out of our control. There will not be a delay to the dispatch of your item, but only in transit to its destination.
While these delays have been rare, they can occur, particularly for customers in some of the more remote Regional Areas.
We appreciate your understanding when a delay does occur, and we will always do whatever we can do expedite the delivery where possible.
Dispatching
We aim to dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be dispatched the very next morning (if it's a business day).
You will receive a Courier tracking number and tracking URL the moment your order is sent from our warehouse. You'll be notified and be able to track your order every step of the way.
Returns and Exchanges
Our returns and exchange policy is 7 days. Returns will only be entertained if it relates to a material defect with the watch purchased and it has been less than 7 days since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please see our Refunds and Returns Policy for more details.
International Shipping
We only sell watches to and ship to customers within the borders of South Africa.
