Bought the watch and part of the purchase is the Fossil metal tin. The tin was wrapped in a small piece of Bubble wrap and put into a plastic bag. No "fragile stickers" or anything like it on the parcel. I took delivery from the courier and they left. On opening the parcel, I saw the tin had been squashed and buckled. We phone the number on the invoice only to be told we have to call someone else who is responsible to the dispatching. The number given comes up as extension doesn't exist.
