Hand engraving

I placed and paid for my order on the 13th of October, which included the engraving. The watch was then sent out without being engraved. I was understanding and agreed that once it got delivered I would notify them so they could send for it to be collected. It got delivered to me on the 15th and it then had to be sent back to Time Watches for engraving. It was collected on the 16th. I then received no follow-up on the watch. I contacted Time Watches on the 20th, they said they're still waiting. I contacted them again on the 22nd and then later that day they received the watch. I was then told I have to wait another week for the engraving to be done as they're going to send it through to their supplier. I only received the completed order on the 30th. After ordering the watch and engraving, and paying for it all on the same day. Time Watches was very quick to take my money, but when it came to doing what they were being paid for, it was a much more relaxed approach. I had to do follow-ups myself and if I didn't, I wouldn't have known what was going on. I wouldn't suggest ordering engraving if you're on a timeline.
