Refund policy

Time Watch Specialists are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This means we trust that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product is faulty or significantly different to that described you are eligible to request a refund or exchange.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in exactly the same condition that you received it in, meaning both unworn or unused, with tags, additional strap links, stamped warranty card and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at talk@timeswatch.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it in a timeous fashion for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards do not qualify for refunds.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of the courier fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to reflect on your card.
